Cottage Cheese Protein Pancakes

These Pancakes Have More Protein Than Your Post-Workout Shake!

Protein- 27 grams per serving

Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 2/3 cup oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 6 tablespoon liquid egg whites
  • 1/2 banana
  • Prep Time: 5 minutes
  • Cook Time: 10 minutes
  • Total Time: 15 minutes

STEP 1

Blend all ingredients in a small blender.

STEP 2

Heat a small lightly oiled pan on the stove top. For each pancake, add two spoonfuls of batter to the pan. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side or until the batter starts bubbling.
